Whether thats the customers or employees, it always starts with them – because without them we would be nowhere. We have created a structure to put our employees in positions where they enjoy and have passion for what they do – and it shows in our products, where no detail is left behind. We encourage our employees to bring their opinions and issues to light because nothing is ever perfect, but we can always work to get there. Showing our gratitude to our workers is something we always love to do – one of our favorite ways to do this is to have a cookout lunch right in the plant! We want to build trust and accountability from the beginning, we start off by introducing our leadership staff so you can get a grasp on what our company culture is all about. We then like to learn all about you – your values, history, and current project needs. Our goal here is to better understand you and your long-term needs for a successful relationship together. If you are up for it, we are always welcoming our customers to get on-site at our quarry and fabrication facility so you can see the entire process from raw material to finished product! When there is a project we can help with, we look to take a stepwise approach and to value-engineer your project from an early to fully completed design. This involves detail discovery and analysis of your project to save you money and add layers of efficiency later on. Our in-house CAD designer will work with you to get all of the details right and provide you with high-quality drawings to help you make the build process a little less stressful. Once you have approved your project for production we will be with you every step of the way to make sure your product is perfect and on time. After production and fulfillment, we will continue to check-in and make sure your products ordered are up-to-par and standing the test of time. The relationship does not stop here! We will always be in short reach and chiming in to check up on your needs and future visions for projects.
